{"id":58612,"date":"2025-10-10T08:00:00","date_gmt":"2025-10-10T08:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/addinformatica.com\/sense-categoria\/dia-internacional-de-la-salud-mental-y-como-cuidarla-desde-la-infancia\/"},"modified":"2025-11-11T08:23:21","modified_gmt":"2025-11-11T08:23:21","slug":"dia-internacional-de-la-salut-mental-i-com-tenir-ne-cura-des-de-la-infancia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/addinformatica.com\/ca\/noticies\/dia-internacional-de-la-salut-mental-i-com-tenir-ne-cura-des-de-la-infancia\/","title":{"rendered":"Dia internacional de la salut mental i com tenir-ne cura des de la inf\u00e0ncia"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/addinformatica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/dia-internacional-de-la-salud-mental-y-como-cuidarla-desde-la-infancia-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"dia-internacional-de-la-salut-mental-i-com-cuidar-la-des-la-inf\u00e0ncia\" class=\"wp-image-57843\" srcset=\"https:\/\/addinformatica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/dia-internacional-de-la-salud-mental-y-como-cuidarla-desde-la-infancia-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/addinformatica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/dia-internacional-de-la-salud-mental-y-como-cuidarla-desde-la-infancia-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/addinformatica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/dia-internacional-de-la-salud-mental-y-como-cuidarla-desde-la-infancia-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/addinformatica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/dia-internacional-de-la-salud-mental-y-como-cuidarla-desde-la-infancia.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El Dia Internacional de la Salut Mental es fa cada 10 d&#8217;octubre. <\/strong>Aquesta efem\u00e8ride va ser establerta per la Federaci\u00f3 Mundial de Salut Mental (WFMH) des de l&#8217;any 1992, per tal de generar consci\u00e8ncia al voltant dels problemes de salut mental, visualitzar-los i impulsar accions i iniciatives que permetin mitigar-los.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cada any, <strong>institucions privades, governs, actors vinculats al sector, i particulars s&#8217;uneixen a aquesta celebraci\u00f3 <\/strong>i porten endavant una s\u00e8rie d&#8217;activitats que busquen incentivar l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 i sensibilitzaci\u00f3 sobre el tema, promoure l&#8217;acc\u00e9s oport\u00fa a serveis de salut mental de qualitat arreu del m\u00f3n, donar suport i incentivar la investigaci\u00f3, generar entorns laborals i familiars pensats en el bens a la feina d&#8217;afrontar els desafiaments de la salut mental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;Organitzaci\u00f3 de les Nacions Unides cada any promou una <a href=\"https:\/\/www.un.org\/es\/healthy-workforce\/world-mental-health-day\">agenda que gira al voltant d&#8217;un lema particular <\/a>, en aquest sentit, <strong>des del 2024 les activitats que organitza s&#8217;emmarquen en la tem\u00e0tica Salut Mental a la feina.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per la seva banda, la Confederaci\u00f3 de Salut Mental Espanya ha seleccionat el tema \u201cCompartim vulnerabilitat, defensem la nostra salut mental\u201d com a eix central de la celebraci\u00f3 per a aquest 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/addinformatica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/que-es-la-salud-mental-y-cual-es-su-importancia-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"que-es-la-salut-mental\" class=\"wp-image-57847\" srcset=\"https:\/\/addinformatica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/que-es-la-salud-mental-y-cual-es-su-importancia-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/addinformatica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/que-es-la-salud-mental-y-cual-es-su-importancia-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/addinformatica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/que-es-la-salud-mental-y-cual-es-su-importancia-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/addinformatica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/que-es-la-salud-mental-y-cual-es-su-importancia.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s la salut mental i quina import\u00e0ncia t\u00e9?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La salut mental \u00e9s una part fonamental del benestar integral de les persones. <strong>Compr\u00e8n l&#8217;estat emocional, psicol\u00f2gic i social, <\/strong>per la qual cosa incideix de manera significativa en la manera com pensem, sentim i afrontem les situacions quotidianes i els desafiaments de la vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9s a dir, la salut mental interv\u00e9 en la manera com ens relacionem amb altres, gestionem l&#8217;estr\u00e8s, prenem decisions, ens desenvolupem a la nostra feina i, en conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia, com actuem en el dia a dia. Per aix\u00f2, <strong>per gaudir d&#8217;una vida plena i satisfact\u00f2ria \u00e9s molt important tenir una bona salut mental.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ara b\u00e9, una bona salut mental no nom\u00e9s contempla l&#8217;abs\u00e8ncia de trastorns mentals com la depressi\u00f3, l&#8217;ansietat i la resta, sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9 inclou un estat de benestar que permeti a cada persona gaudir plenament dels seus \u00e8xits, estudiar o treballar productivament, assumir amb tranquil\u00b7litat i intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia la presa de decisions, establir relacions laborals, amistoses i familiars, entre d&#8217;altres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;aparici\u00f3 de trastorns mentals a la vida de les persones t\u00e9 un <strong>impacte important en la seva qualitat de vida i tamb\u00e9 afecta el cercle proper <\/strong>de familiars i amics. A m\u00e9s, l&#8217;acc\u00e9s a serveis de salut per tractar-los \u00e9s limitat a moltes prov\u00edncies i pa\u00efsos, per la qual cosa els qui els pateixen s\u00f3n v\u00edctimes de discriminaci\u00f3 social i de nombrosos prejudicis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Precisament per contrarestar aquesta situaci\u00f3, se celebra el Dia Internacional de la Salut Mental, amb la intenci\u00f3 de <strong>construir una societat lliure de prejudicis i m\u00e9s conscients <\/strong>que l&#8217;acc\u00e9s i la promoci\u00f3 de la cura de la salut mental s\u00f3n prioritaris perqu\u00e8 les persones siguin m\u00e9s saludables, resilients i feli\u00e7os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cuidar-nos des de la inf\u00e0ncia: Salut mental en nens<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tenir cura de la salut mental des de la inf\u00e0ncia <\/strong>equival a una persona adulta m\u00e9s feli\u00e7, ja que les experi\u00e8ncies de la inf\u00e0ncia influeixen profundament en la personalitat, l&#8217;actitud i la identitat de cada persona. Ara b\u00e9, \u00e9s una etapa que es caracteritza per la indefensi\u00f3 madurativa, \u00e9s a dir, necessiten assist\u00e8ncia i suport per completar-ne el desenvolupament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per aix\u00f2, en la tasca de <strong>protegir la salut mental dels infants <\/strong>s&#8217;hi han d&#8217;involucrar pares, cuidadors, educadors i institucions encarregades de generar pol\u00edtiques p\u00fabliques i legislacions que protegeixin la salut mental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alguns dels <strong>trastorns mentals que poden apar\u00e8ixer a la inf\u00e0ncia <\/strong>s\u00f3n l&#8217;ansietat, de l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3, de l&#8217;espectre autista, depressi\u00f3, d\u00e8ficit d&#8217;atenci\u00f3, estr\u00e8s posttraum\u00e0tic, entre d&#8217;altres. L&#8217; <strong>entorn intrafamiliar t\u00e9 un gran pes <\/strong>, els estils de crian\u00e7a severs, abusius o negligents; la manca de suport emocional i l&#8217;ab\u00fas de subst\u00e0ncies s\u00f3n determinants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A m\u00e9s, les <strong>circumst\u00e0ncies socioecon\u00f2miques <\/strong>com la pobresa, la desigualtat o la viol\u00e8ncia armada poden perjudicar la salut mental infantil. De la mateixa manera, lexposici\u00f3 a subst\u00e0ncies nocives, els problemes de salut i experi\u00e8ncies traum\u00e0tiques dab\u00fas f\u00edsic, emocional i sexual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Actualment, <strong>l&#8217;exposici\u00f3 excessiva als tel\u00e8fons intel\u00b7ligents i als est\u00e0ndards poc realistes de les xarxes socials <\/strong>t\u00e9 conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies negatives per al benestar emocional dels nens, ja que poden afectar les seves habilitats socials, la seva autoestima, la concentraci\u00f3 i el son.<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Com promoure la salut mental des de la inf\u00e0ncia<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquestes s\u00f3n algunes pr\u00e0ctiques per promoure la salut mental des de la inf\u00e0ncia:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Promoure el <strong>joc i les activitats l\u00fadiques <\/strong>que estimulin la participaci\u00f3, lexpressivitat i la interacci\u00f3 social.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Establir i mantenir rutines <\/strong>que els proporcionin estructures predictibles i els facin sentir segurs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Limitar el temps dexposici\u00f3 a dispositius electr\u00f2nics i xarxes socials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/addinformatica.com\/ca\/noticies\/aliments-per-millorar-el-son-i-afavorir-el-desenvolupament-saludable-en-nens\/\"><strong>Promoure el bon somni<\/strong><\/a>i una dieta balancejada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estimular la realitzaci\u00f3 d&#8217; <strong>activitat f\u00edsica i esports <\/strong>que els ajudin a explorar els seus interessos, augmentar la confian\u00e7a en si mateixos, gestionar l&#8217;estr\u00e8s i <a href=\"https:\/\/addinformatica.com\/ca\/noticies\/com-millorar-lautoestima-en-nens-i-adolescents\/\">millorar <\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/addinformatica.com\/ca\/noticies\/com-millorar-lautoestima-en-nens-i-adolescents\/\">l&#8217; <\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/addinformatica.com\/ca\/noticies\/com-millorar-lautoestima-en-nens-i-adolescents\/\">autoestima <\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generar un ambient en qu\u00e8 se sentin segurs d&#8217;expressar els seus sentiments i pensaments sense por de ser jutjats, al contrari, que percebin que s\u00f3n escoltats i valorats.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Sumat a aix\u00f2, cal que els nens i nenes puguin <strong>establir relacions positives amb els seus cuidadors <\/strong>, aix\u00ed desenvolupen la confian\u00e7a i s\u00f3n capa\u00e7os d&#8217;establir vincles segurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La cura de la salut mental \u00e9s assumpte de tots<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La cura de la salut mental ens involucra a tots <\/strong>, des dels professionals que es dediquen a la investigaci\u00f3 i a promoure aven\u00e7os en la mat\u00e8ria, fins als pares i cuidadors que des de casa es dediquen a la formaci\u00f3 adequada dels m\u00e9s petits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Amb educaci\u00f3 i treballant junts <\/strong>podem avan\u00e7ar cap a una societat m\u00e9s emp\u00e0tica, en qu\u00e8 la protecci\u00f3 del benestar emocional i de la salut mental sigui una prioritat des del naixement per garantir la felicitat del nombre m\u00e9s gran de persones.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Dia Internacional de la Salut Mental es fa cada 10 d&#8217;octubre.
